State of the Student Union Feb 1, 2007 From the United States Student Association:One week after the President delivered the “State of the Union” address, the United States Student Association (USSA), in partnership with students across the country, released their version of the State of the Union. The "State of the Student Union" is clear. Many high school students of color and students from low income or first generation backgrounds do not have real access to higher education.
